The best dispatcher you'll ever hire never goes home.
Every other "AI receptionist" takes a message. The CansOut voice agent works inside your operation — your catalog, your rate card, your calendar, your Stripe account — so the call ends with an order number, not a callback.
Not a script. A set of real tools.
The agent is handed the same functions your office staff use. Reads are free to call. Writes need an idempotency key — and anything touching money or dates needs a spoken yes.
Quote & book
Resolves "a 20-yard for roofing shingles" to your real catalog, prices it from your rate card with surcharges, promos and tax, checks open delivery windows and books the order.
New customers, on the spot
Opens the account and adds the job site as soon as it has a name and address — geocoded automatically. No "we'll call you back to set you up."
Reschedule & extend
Moves a delivery to a new date and window (re-checking capacity), or adds rental days at your per-day rate. Reads the fee back first.
Swaps, pickups, relocations
Books a pickup, requests a swap for a full box, or moves a can to another spot on the property — each one priced by your terms.
Takes payment safely
Charges a saved card, texts a secure payment link, or hands the line to the carrier's keypad capture. The AI never hears a card number.
Answers the real questions
"Where's my dumpster?" "Can I put a mattress in it?" "Do I need a permit?" "Are you open Saturday?" — answered from your data, not the internet.
Cancels by your rules
Applies your cancellation cutoff and fee. Inside the cutoff, it tells the customer the fee and only proceeds if they still want to.
Submits service credits
When something went wrong, it can submit a capped credit for review. It will never tell the customer it's been applied — because it hasn't, until you approve it.
Knows when to hand off
Stuck after three tool attempts, or asked something it shouldn't answer, the call goes to a human — and shows up in your escalation queue.
The order it works in is built into the tools.
Each tool carries its own rules. The agent can't book without a real quote, can't quote without real catalog ids, and can't say "done" until the platform says done.
- Catalog first. Sizes and materials resolve to real ids — the agent can't invent a container.
- Quote from your rate card. The same pricing engine as your widget and console. The agent never does the math itself.
- Availability is live. Capacity is only truly settled inside the booking's reservation lock.
- Confirmation is enforced. Called without the customer's yes, a money-moving tool refuses and tells the agent to read it back.

Every call, in one console.
The AI Activity Console shows live and abandoned voice and chat sessions, who they're with, where they got to, and the escalation queue waiting on a person. Take over mid-conversation any time.
- Live and abandoned sessions, by channel
- Escalation and e-mail-reply queues
- Full timeline of every tool call on every order
- Append-only event log that records the AI as its own actor
