We got tired of watching haulers lose jobs to voicemail.
CansOut.AI comes from the lead-generation side of the dumpster business. We spent years sending calls to operators — and watching too many of them ring out, go to voicemail, or get a callback the next morning after the customer had already booked someone else. So we built the software that picks up.
Five rules we build by.
AI should finish the job.
An "AI receptionist" that takes a message is a slightly better voicemail. Ours books, reschedules and collects — or it hands off to a human. Nothing in between.
Trust is engineered.
We don't ask you to trust a prompt. Confirmation, idempotency and completion checks are enforced in code, on every action that touches money.
Prices belong on the page.
If a vendor won't tell you what it costs until the third call, ask yourself why. Our pricing is public and month-to-month.
Deep beats wide.
We build for roll-off and only roll-off. Every screen is designed around how a can actually moves: delivered, swapped, dumped, picked up, billed.
No skimming.
We don't mark up your card processing or play games with message overages. We make money when the software is worth paying for.
Ship in the open.
Most platforms go quiet after the sale. We keep a dated release register and tell customers what changed.
Help us build the thing that beats everyone else.
We're working closely with a limited group of founding operators. You get hands-on onboarding, a direct line to the people building the product, and real influence over the roadmap. We get honest feedback from the yard.
- White-glove setup — catalog, rate cards, customer import, phone routing
- Direct access to the product team, not a ticket queue
- First look at new features before general release
- Your story, your terms — if it works, we'd love to tell it together
